On 25 July 2025, a plaque was unveiled in the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, marking the Keith Payne VC Corner. 

Keith’s Corner is the area in the coffee shop where members of the Keith Payne VC Veterans’ Benefit Group assemble for coffee on Mondays and Fridays after walking around Harry Sawkins Park.  Group sizes occasionally get over 40.  As well as the plaque, a painting of Keith now watches over those in the area.
